侍者將酒瓶輕放于固定酒托上，從服務巾包中取出侍酒刀，指尖輕握刀身中部。

侍者用侍酒刀的箔紙刀沿瓶封頂部環割一圈，輕剝并取下頂部箔紙，擰開鐵絲罩，再用干凈服務巾擦拭瓶口內側，并將螺旋鉆垂直鉆入酒塞。
接著，一手按住瓶塞、一手輕轉瓶身。
待螺旋鉆沒入三分之二時，用酒刀杠桿輕撬酒塞，勻速拔出。
“justagentlecuttoremovethefoil—wewanttokeepthewine’saromasealeduntilthelastmoment.you’llhearasoftpop—perfect，thatmeansthepressure’sreleasedsmoothlywithoutdisturbingthewine.”開酒的同時，侍者還在稱職地做著介紹。
將酒塞放置于小碟中（標簽朝上），推至牛宇一手邊，隨后取牛宇一的品鑒杯，倒入約三分之一杯酒液，輕輕放在了牛宇一身前。

“呼……”金泰妍和金媽媽還好，侍者離開后，金夏妍明顯松了一口氣，“姐夫，喝紅酒這么麻煩的么？”
“要是英文不好，豈不是很尷尬？”
“金夏妍，剛才oppa和那位的對話，你聽懂了多少？”驀地，金泰妍開口問道。
同樣的，抓住痛腳，直指核心。
